Ordering flowers online is simple

1. CHOOSE YOUR FLOWERS

BEFORE YOU ORDER PLEASE MAKE SURE THE DELIVERY YOU REQUIRE IS WITHIN OUR DELIVERY AREA. WE DO NOT DELIVER TO OTHER TOWNS, CITYS, STOWMARKET AND 10 MILE RURAL.

Browse through our categories and select the flowers you want.
Many of our bouquets have several options to choose from, and you can also pick a delivery date if you wish. Click on the dropdown boxes to make your choices.

Click on 'Add to Basket', and you will be shown the contents of your shopping basket.

You can carry on browsing to add more flowers or gifts or go to the checkout.

2. MAKE PAYMENT

You will need an account to shop online with us. Please log in or of you are a new customer, please register your details with us. Don't worry, we won't pass these details on to any third party without your express permission.

3. CONFIRM THE DELIVERY ADDRESS

At the checkout, please check your order details with us and then complete the delivery address. If the flowers are to be delivered to you, you can 'Auto Fill Delivery Address' but if not you will need to add the recipient's address. Please be careful that the details are correct.

Click on 'Next' to go to the 'Confirm Order' page. You have another chance to verify that you are happy with the order before paying.  Click 'Proceed to Payment' where you will be taken to the Paypal page. Here you can either enter your card details or pay through your Paypal Account.

4. ADD YOUR PERSONALISED MESSAGE

You will no doubt want to send a personalised message with your order. Please add the message along with any other special instructions in the Add Gift Options field on paypal. (This will appear on the left hand side just below your shopping basket contents.)
